{White House & Such}

{Friday}
This was THE busiest day that we had, but also one of the most fun! We toured the White House, went to the Museum of Natural History, saw The Washington Monument, The Lincoln Memorial, The Jefferson Memorial, and the WWII Memorial. We were D.E.A.D tired, but had tons of fun!

All of our toes (and Jojo's big belly) at the WWII Memorial.

Funny faces at Jefferson Memorial.

Mom and Dad walking to the Lincoln Memorial.

Cute Taryn and Jonas at the Jefferson Memorial.

Cute Devin at the Jefferson Memorial :)

The water felt SOOOO good!!

Jonas resting on Grandpa at the Teddy Roosevelt Memorial. He wasn't real sure about Grandpa and warmed up to him the day that Grandpa had to go home :(

Me and Brookie were trying to keep it fun at the Jefferson Memorial. I'm pretty sure we should have gotten in trouble for this one. We're totally awesome jumpers though!!

The White House tour was really short, but really neat. I loved it. My sisters were sad that they didn't get to see more. They did get to see the First Dog though....that's pretty lucky!

Brookie before the White House tour. We had to be there a little earlier than the kids wanted (8:30 A.M. is 6:30 A.M. in Utah...poor kiddos)

I got a little bit Sun-Burned that day! This is at the Top of the Washington Monument. The view was amazing. Jonas was O-U-T the whole time!

So the Museum of Natural History was fun, but we were a little bit tired and we had to wait to got to the top of the Wash. Monument that night. So we got creative :) We "challenged" each other to do embarrassing things. Kaylee had to waddle like a Penguin, Brookie had to Crab Walk around, Taryn had to do cartwheels and yell...Weeeeeee while she was doing it, I had to roll from one side of the walk to the other while saying, "watch out-rolling log". It seems kinda lame now, but I'll tell you we were totally laughing SOOOOO hard. It was hilarious. Brooklyn made me do the Hula in front of the family too. She thought that was hilarious!

Jonas discovered Apples.
